What we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.
When you use a form on this website, we receive the details you type in — typically your name, WhatsApp number, city, order type and any notes about your requirement. If you contact us on WhatsApp directly, we hold that conversation the same way any business holds a customer chat.
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, share design mockups, and run your order through to delivery. Nothing else.
Every form here opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled. Nothing is stored on this website or on a server — the message only exists once you press send in WhatsApp, and then it sits in that chat.
Logos, crests and reference files you send are used solely to produce your order and are not reused for any other customer or published as our own work without your permission.

Prices are not published on this website because they depend on quantity, fabric, printing requirements and season. Any quotation we share is valid for the period stated in it, and applies to the specification quoted — changing the quantity, fabric or print requirement means a revised quote.
No order goes to print until you approve the digital mockup. That approved mockup is what we produce against. Please check spellings, names, numbers and sponsor placements carefully at that stage — once printing begins, changes mean a fresh production run.
Screens vary. The shade on your phone or laptop may differ slightly from the printed fabric. We match as closely as the process allows, and for orders where exact shade is critical, ask us about a sample before the full run.
All artwork in our catalogue is originated by us and remains our property. Buying an order gives you the right to wear, use and photograph the jerseys — it does not transfer ownership of the artwork or the right to have it reproduced elsewhere. Artwork we create bespoke for you is not offered to another customer.
By sending us a logo, crest, name, image or text you confirm you have the right to use it. We are not able to reproduce artwork belonging to another brand, club or organisation without evidence of permission.
Delivery timelines given are estimates based on order size and current production load. Festival season, particularly Ganeshotsav, runs at capacity — we'll always tell you honestly at enquiry stage whether your date is achievable.
What we guarantee about the print, and what is normal to expect from sublimation.
We print by dye sublimation. The ink is converted to gas and bonded into the polyester fibre rather than laid on the surface. As a result the print does not crack at folds, does not peel at the edges, and does not create a stiff patch on the fabric. Where a print fails in a way inconsistent with this, tell us and we'll look at it.
Sublimation requires polyester or a high-polyester blend — it is the fibre that accepts the dye. We'll talk you through the fabric options available for your order and what each feels like to wear through a Mumbai September.
Check the order on arrival and message us within a reasonable window with photographs of the issue. Genuine production faults are reprinted or corrected at our cost.
How an order moves from confirmation to your hands, and where returns apply.
An order is confirmed once the design mockup is approved, the size breakup is finalised, and the agreed advance is received. Production is scheduled from that point, not from the first enquiry.
Size charts are shared before you confirm. Please circulate them and collect actual sizes rather than estimating — custom-printed jerseys are made to your list, so an incorrect size breakup cannot be corrected after printing.
Orders are sorted size-wise, bagged and dispatched by courier or transport depending on volume and destination. Around Mumbai and Thane, direct delivery is often possible. Tracking details are shared where the mode supports it.
Because every item is custom-printed to your approved artwork, names and size list, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizes supplied to us, or spelling errors present in the approved mockup.

An order can be cancelled before printing begins, subject to any design work already carried out. Once printing has started, the material is committed and cannot be recovered.

Designs shown on this site are digital mockups produced to display artwork. Fit, drape and shade on an actual garment will vary depending on the fabric and size selected. They are an accurate representation of the artwork, not a photograph of a finished product.
Codes shown here reflect our catalogue at the time of publishing. Designs may be revised, retired or added. If you have a code from an older shared catalogue, send it to us and we'll confirm current availability.
No pricing is published on this website. Any price you receive comes directly from us against a stated specification and quantity. Figures quoted by any third party or reseller are not ours.
